Mastering data quality and using it for AI

In the body shop and in many other industrial and service sectors, we are now dealing with big data - huge, distributed collections of data that can no longer really be managed using conventional IT structures. Keeping an overview alone has become an almost impossible task, not to mention the idea of extracting value-adding information from the huge amount of data and possibly finding errors at an early stage.

However, innovative methods from software development make it possible to “granulate” big data into smart data - these “smart” granules can now work independently according to their skills. And that is exactly what the Steineke Toolbox 4.0 software robots do: These softbots, active as individual swarms or even as swarm clusters in networks, independently provide insights. Not only about what is happening in the plant - the softbots also trigger appropriate reactions.
